Grounding is amazing! It is simple easy and free!

Earthing, also known as grounding. It is a practice that involves direct contact between the human body and the Earth’s surface, skin to skin, eg. Hand on the trunk of a tree or barefeet on the sand etc.

Due to all the wifi and emf in the air and the fact that most of us don’t walks barefeet on the ground, we will tend to build up a high level of positive ions.  The earth is naturally a reservoir of negative ions, and so when we stand on the earth, skin to skin, the imbalance of hjgh positive ions comes into balance.  Many people feel “better” when they ground daily. I suggest to my client to ground every morning and if they can again in the evening.  Our nerves communicate with each other by a small electrical impulse and hence keeping our body natural energy in balance by grounding is helpful for our health and wellbeing.

I just saw a post on Instagram that shared what happens after 8hours on a grounding sheet.

After 1 second body voltage drops to zero reducing and even eliminating inflammation. 

After  15 minutes he is already falling asleep ,as the earths calming energy fills his body. 

After 2 hours the blood cells become separated giving better blood flow than ever. 

After 8 hours cortisol spikes make him jump out of bed ready for the day.


I, personally find grounding aids a good night sleep, my mind and body feel more relaxed when I ground regularly, if I am having a stressful time I find grounding helps me destress and it helps me maintain my overall health and wellbeing.
