Flying monkeys are people the narc manipulates to take their side make you

the villain and them the victim. If you distance yourself or make no contact the narc will spread lies about you to the people close to you to isolate you by destroying your support system. You have been gaslit your whole life, when she turns your people against you, it creates a new level of self doubt.  Her fake charm and generosity are how she convinces people she is the victim and you are the horrible toxic person. She is a master manipulator and will give examples of arguement you never had or make up things that never happened to get people on her side so she maintains the power. This is how cruel and twisted she is. It is heart breaking and destabalising when people you trusted suddenly turn on you. So allow yourself to feel the grief, turmoil and confusion. To people that matter you share your side without any drama. The ones that really care will trust and protect you because they know who you are. The ones who are quick to drop you over lies, probably weren’t people you could trust or protect you in the first place. It hurts to loose people.  These experieinces reveal who really has your back.
